液相制备四氧化三钴新工艺研究

摘　　要：以2mol/L氯化钴溶液、10mol//L氢氧化钠溶液和空气从液相中制备出了四氧化三钴,分析了EDTA用量、反应温度、pH值、搅拌转速等的影响,并用XRD、SEM、Marlven粒度仪、ICP等仪器对产品进行了表征。实验表明Co/EDTA=0.005、反应温度80℃、pH值为9.3、搅拌转速600r/min条件下,制备出12.0μm的球形四氧化三钴,产品纯度高。In this paper the Co_3O_4 was prepared by liquid phase with the concentration of 2 mo L/L cobalt saltsolution,and 10 mo L/L sodium hydroxide solution,and the air. The effects of EDTA amount,reaction temperature,pH and stirring speed were analyzed,and the products were characterized by XRD,SEM,Marlven particle size analyzer,ICP,etc. The experiments indicated that,with Co/EDTA = 0. 005,reaction temperature of 80℃,pH value of 9. 3,stirring speed of 600 r/min,the purity spherical Co_3O_4 of 12. 0μm could be prepared.
