摘  要:采用毛细管气相色谱法测定了梨小食心虫性诱芯中主要成分顺-8-十二碳烯醇乙酸酯(Z8-12:Ac)的含量。反口橡皮塞诱芯中Z8-12:Ac采用正己烷提取,在浓度为20~100μg·m L^(-1)范围内测定,方法具有良好的线性,R^2为0.9768,检出限(LOD)为0.023μg·m L^(-1),定量限(LOQ)为0.116μg·m L^(-1),相对标准偏差2.76%。方法测定的结果准确可靠,能满足性诱芯中Z8-12:Ac的检测要求。The(Z)-8-dodecylene-1-ol acetate(Z8-12: Ac) which is active constituent of Grapholitha molesta Busck sex attractant lure was extracted by n-hexane and was determined by capillary gas chromatography. Linearity was obeyed in the range of 20 ~ 100 μg/m L of Z8-12: Ac with the correlation coefficients(R^2) was 0. 9768. The detection limit was 0. 023 μg·m L^(-1)and the quantitation limit was 0. 116 μg·m L^(-1). The relative standard deviation was 2. 76%. The method is accurate and reliable,and could meet the requirements of the Z8-12: Ac analysis in sex attractant lure products.
