摘  要:为了研究楔形掏槽不同倾角的掏槽效果以及合理的掏槽布置形式,进行了水泥砂浆模型试验。共设计了4组不同倾角的楔形掏槽爆破试验,并采用Blast-UM型爆破测振仪对楔形掏槽各个方向的爆破振动进行了测试分析。试验结果表明,楔形掏槽倾角为75°时掏槽体积最大,且最大峰值振速最小;楔形掏槽倾角为70°时炮孔利用率最大。楔形掏槽倾斜侧的振动强度普遍小于垂直侧的振动强度。对于浅埋隧道、重叠隧道以及(超)小净距隧道掘进爆破,可以通过改变楔形掏槽炮孔布置方向,控制掏槽孔爆破振动对地表建(构)筑物及既有隧道的影响。In order to investigate the blasting effect and the reasonable arrangement form of the wedge-shaped cutting with different dip angles, the experimental study of cement mortar model is conducted. A total of four sets of wedge-shaped cutting blasting experiments with different dip angles are designed, and with the use of Blast-UM type blasting vibration meter, the blasting vibrations on the wedge in four directions are tested and analyzed. The results show that when wedge cutting inclination is 75 degrees, the cutting volume is the maximum and the peak vibration velocity is the minimum. When wedge cutting inclination is 70 degrees, the blast-hole utilization is the maximum. The vibration intensity of the wedge-shaped cutting inclined side is generally smaller than that of the vertical side. For the excavation blasting of shallow tunnel, overlapped tunnel and (ultra) small spacing tunnel, the effect of cut-hole blasting vibration on the surface construction (structure) and the existing tunnel is able to be controlled by changing the wedge-shaped hole layout direction.
