摘　　要：从PET装置检维修实际出发,通过对比工业化常用的检漏方法,深入研究氦检漏原理,通过氦检仪器实际装置检修检漏中的应用,得出氦检漏的具体实施方法和注意事项。From the polyester plant maintenance practice, through comparison of the leak detection methods com- monly used in industrialization, the helium leak detection principle was in-depth studied. Through the application of helium detector to the actual plant maintenance and leak detection, the specific implementation method of helium leak detection and the precautions were obtained.
