两种不同装烟方式对烟叶烘烤综合效益的影响

摘　　要：为探索烘烤管理过程中减工降本途径,对烟夹和挂竿2种装烟方式进行烟叶烘烤,从装烟量、装烟用工、烤后烟叶质量性状和经济性状进行对比试验。结果表明:采用烟夹方式比挂竿方式,装烟量增加22.5%~30.9%,综合用工降低约44.4%,用工成本降低73.9%~76.9%,中上等烟比例增加1.52%~2.99%,均价增加2.8%~9.8%,对烟叶内在化学成分协调有一定改善作用。采用烟夹装烟能够实现烟叶烘烤减工降本、提质增效。To explore the ways of reducing cost and labor in the process of tobacco curing management, tobacco leaves were placed in the leaf holder and hanging sticks in the barn for tobacco curing to compare their placing volume and labor for curing, and their quality and economic traits after flue-cured. The results showed that the leaf holder placed tobacco leaves 22.5%-30.9% more than the hanging sticks, saved labor by about 44.4% and labor cost by 73.9%-76.9%, and enhanced medium or higher level of flue-cured tobacco by 1.52% -2.99% with an average price increasing by 2.8% -9.8%. The chemical components of tobacco flue-cured by the leaf holder were improved to some extent. The use of the leaf holder for tobacco curing reduced labor and labor cost and increased benefits.
