摘　　要：在中国大陆房地产的高速发展中,大拆与大建不符合可持续发展与绿色建筑的理念,目前的安置房与保障性住房的建设,尤其是拆迁安置房的设计与建造还远没有如商品房那样得到重视,其品质都还有可提升的空间。文章以两个高层保障性住房设计为例对此做初略的探讨。In the rapid development of real estate in China's Mainland, excessive demolition and construction do not meet the concepts of sustainable development and green building, current construction of resettlement housing and affordable housing, especially the design and construction of demolition resettlement housing are far less emphasized than real estate, there still has room for its quality improvement. The paper conducts a brief discussion by taking two high-rise affordable housing designs as example.
