摘 要:文章以上海新江湾城片区为例,基于模糊数学分析法,综合分析城市蔓延对城市形态的影响。选取4项城市形态特征值量化空间形态,并利用模糊综合评价指数(FCI)进行统筹,综合对比评估各个街区空间形态的优劣,揭示城市蔓延现象对以居住功能为主的新城空间形态的影响及其特征。结果表明:新江湾城片区呈现低密度、用地功能单一、居住与商业分离、空间分散的形态特征,片区内各街区空间形态差异明显。研究结果可为今后的城市规划与城市设计提供积极的参考意见。Based on fuzzy mathematics analysis method, this paper analyzes the influence of urban spreading over urban form by taking Shanghai Xinjiangwan City Area as example. This paper selects four kinds of urban morphological feature values to quantify spatial pattern, and utilize Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Index (FCI) for overall planning, it comprehensively compares and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of urban block's spatial form, and reveals city spreading phenomenon's influence over new city's spatial pattern and feature, which takes residence as its major spatial function. The results show that the spatial pattern of blocks in Xinjiangwan area is featured by low density, single function, separation of residential area and commercial area and dispersed space, the spatial differences of blocks in the area are obvious. Research results provide a positive reference suggest for future city's planning and design.
