近10年城市新区建设视角下的聚落变化特征及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：城市新区的建设现在已成为城市发展繁荣的一个重要举措。聚落作为城市中必不可少的模块,在城市新区建设的条件下也发生了重大的改变。笔者以康巴什新区为研究对象,以2005年和2014年康巴什新区土地利用数据库为数据源,利用GIS空间分析、核密度估算等方法,分析了2005年-2014年康巴什新区聚落变化特征及其影响因素。研究表明:1.随着人口数量的增长和住房需求的提高,聚落斑块数量呈明显上升趋势,从2005年的254个提高到2014年的1 418个;2.康巴什新区聚落斑块密度不断提高,2014年全区聚落密集核心区的密度为2005年的5.37倍,有向集聚型聚落形态发展的趋势;3.聚落规模等级变化具有相对稳定性;4.聚落向水域集聚的趋向很明显。2005年距水域1 000m以内的聚落斑块占聚落斑块总量的54.33%,2014年增长到64.82%;5.聚落发展变化的影响因素十分复杂,最为主要的影响因素就是人口因素。近10年人口数量增长了21.86倍,越来越多的人向城市转移,推进了城市化的建设。Construction of new urban district has become an important measure of urban development and prosperity. As an essential module in the city, the settlement has changed greatly under the condition of new urban district. Taking Kang Bashi New district as the research object, land use database of Kang Bashi New district as data source, the author, adopting GIS spatial analysis and kernel density estimation, analyzes the variation characteristics and influencing factors of the settlement in Kang Bashi new district from 2005-2014. The research shows： 1.with the increase of population and the improvement of housing demand, the number of settlement patches increased obviously, the number increased from 254 in 2005 to 1 418 in 2014. The density of settlement patches in Kangbashi New district has been increasing. The densi- ty of dense core areas of the whole district in 2014 was 5.37 times of that in the year of 2005. The change of scale of settlement level is relatively stable. The trend of settlement＇s gathering towards water is obvi- ous. In 2005 settlement patches which are within 1 000 m from water area occupy 54.33% of total settle- ment patches. The influencing factors of the development and change of the settlement are very complex, the major influencing factor is the population.
