摘  要:本文基于Arcgis平台,依据国家环保总局颁布的《生态环境状况评价技术规范(HJ192-2015)》,采用综合指数评价法,选取了生物丰度、植被覆盖度、土地荒漠化、水网密度和污染负荷指数,进行了生态环境质量评价。评价结果表明东胜区生态环境质量处于"一般"水平。EI值从2005年52.06增加到2014年53.11,从总体趋势来看东胜区土地生态环境质量逐年在改善,但在生态环境状况变化幅度上无明显变化,土地生态环境状态比较理想,土地生态系统结构较完整,服务功能基本完善。Based on Arcgis platform and Technical Criterion for Eco-environmental Status Evaluation (HJ192-2015) which is promulgate by Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of China, the author, adopting the synthetic index evaluation method, selects the biological abundance.vege- tation coverage.desertification.density of water net and pollution load index to evaluate Eco-environmental quality. The results show that the ecological environment quality in Dongsheng area is in the "average" lev- el. figure of EI increased from 52.06 in 2005 to 53.11 in 2014. In general, land eco-environmental quality in Dong Sheng district has been improving, but there is no obvious changes in the variation scope of ecologi- cal environment situation. The situation of land ecological environment is relatively good. The land ecosys- tem structure is relatively complete. The service capabilities are basically perfect.
