天然石膏粉制备硫酸钙晶须的工艺研究

摘　　要：以天然石膏粉为原料制备硫酸钙晶须,通过单因素试验得到的较优工艺条件为:天然石膏粉5g,硫酸用量200mL,硫酸质量分数10%,晶型助长剂氯化镁用量0.6g,反应温度100℃,反应时间3h,搅拌强度200r/min,陈化时间7h。该条件下得到的产品为二水硫酸钙晶须,长径比100,白度88.9,纯度达到99%,产率为23%。研究结果对石膏矿的开发利用和提高其附加值具有指导意义。Calcium sulfate whisker was prepared with natural gypsum powder.The optimal process conditions were obtained by single factor experiments as follows：amount of natural gypsum powder being 5g,sulfuric acid solution volume 200 mL,sulfuric acid concentration 10%,amount of crystal promotor magnesium chloride 0.6g,reaction temperature 100 ℃,reaction time 3hrs,stirring speed 200r/min and aging time 7hrs.The product was dihydrate calcium sulfate whisker,length-diameter ratio was 100,whiteness 88.9,purity 99% and productivity 23%.These results are of a certain guiding significance for developing and utilization of gypsum deposits as well as improving its added value.
