自拟葛根定眩汤治疗痰浊中阻型眩晕疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟葛根定眩汤治疗痰浊中阻型眩晕的疗效。方法选择2013年3月至2015年12月我院收治的痰浊中阻型眩晕患者83例,根据信封随机抽签原则分为观察组(41例)与对照组(42例),对照组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪口服治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予自拟葛根定眩汤治疗,治疗4周后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为97.56%,明显高于对照组的85.71%(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的椎动脉、基底动脉血流速度均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组的椎动脉与基底动脉血流速度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟葛根定眩汤治疗痰浊中阻型眩晕能提高治疗疗效,其作用机制可能与加快椎动脉与基底动脉血流速度有关,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of self-made Gegen Dingxuan soup in the treatment of patients with vertigo due to phlegm retention. Methods Eighty-three cases of patients with vertigo due to phlegm retention in our hospital from March 2013 to December 2015 were selected and divided into observation group （41 cases） and control group （42 cases） accroding to the enveloped random draw. The control group was given oral flunarizine hydrochloride treatment, while the observation group was given self-made Gegen Dingxuan soup on the basis of the control group. After the treatment for 4 weeks, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After the treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.56%, which was obviously higher than 85.71% of the control group （P〈0.05）. After the treatment, the average blood flow velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the treatment （P 〈0.05）,the average blood flow velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery in the bservation group was obviously higher than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The self-made Gegen Dingxuan soup can improve curative effect of vertigo due to phlegm retention and the mechanism may be related to accelerating the velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery, with deserves popularization.
