摘　　要：目的:对本院压疮上报的数据进行统计分析,为指导临床压疮的预防以及加强压疮管理提供临床依据。方法:回顾性分析2013-2015年压疮上报数据,对3年上报的各种压疮表格信息进行核实与数据的整理分析,找出住院患者压疮发生的各种规律。结果:2013-2015年共收治住院患者223 281例,上报压疮患者1311例,院内发生压疮96例,发生率为0.04%,院外带入压疮1215例,发生率为0.54%,死亡108例,死亡率为0.05%,压疮患者中的死亡率为8.2%。发生压疮最多的年龄段是70~89岁(64.5%)。压疮发生部位前3位分别为骶尾部1133处(53.5%)、足部284处(13.4%)和髋部257处(12.1%)。本院压疮占比最高的科室依次为神经内科、骨科及ICU。Braden评分在6~16分,以10~12分居多,占47.5%,其次为6~9分,占32.6%,其中以评分9分以下的患者死亡率最高,占死亡人数的56.5%。上报的1311例压疮患者,共发生压疮2117处,患者发生压疮部位最多为9处,最少为1处。压疮创面最小0.3 cm×0.3 cm,最大30 cm×26 cm。本院上报压疮例数最多的季节为第四季度。结论:通过本次统计,了解本院压疮发生的高发年龄段、高危部位、高发科室、易引发压疮的相关疾病等规律,对临床护理做好预防及根据这些规律针对性的做好压疮管理是非常有意义的。Abstract： To analyze the data of pressure ulcer in our hospital, and to provide the clinical basis for guiding the prevention of pressure ulcer and strengthening the management of pressure ulcer.Methods： From 2013 to 2015, pressure sores reported data were retrospectively analyzed, three years to verify all kinds of pressure ulcers form and the analysis of the data to find out hospitalized patients developed a variety of laws. Result： From 2013 to 2015, 223 281 cases of hospitalized patients, reported 1311 patients with pressure ulcers, 96 cases of pressure sores hospital occurred, the incidence was 0.04%, the outside into the hospital, 1215 cases of pressure ulcers, rate of 0.54%, 108 cases of death, the mortality rate of 0.05%, the mortality was 8.2% in patients with pressure ulcers.Pressure ulcers occur most often was between 70-89 years old （ 64.5% ） .The developed area three were sacral tail 1133 points （ 53.5% ）, feet 284 points （ 13.4% ） and hip 257 points （ 12.1% ） .Our pressure sores accounted for the highest department of neurology, orthopaedics and ICU. Braden score at 6-16 points, with more than 10-12 separation, accounted for 47.5%, followed by 6-9 points, accounted for 32.6%, of which score nine Points of the following rates are highest in patients with, accounting for 56.5% of the deaths.Reported 1311 cases of patients with pressure ＇ulcers, a total of 2117 points, pressure ulcers in patients with pressure ulcers parts for a maximum of 9 points, at least for 1 point.Pressure ulcers wound minimum 0.3 cm ~ 0.3 cm, maximum 30 cm ~ 26 cm.We reported the pressure sores were the most season for the fourth quarter.Conclusion： Through the statistics, understand the high-risk pressure ulcers occur in our age, a high incidence of pressure ulcers, high-risk departments, easy to cause related disease law of pressure ulcers, to clinical nursing for prevention and according to the law of corresponding management of pressure ulcer makes sense.
