摘　　要：目的探讨肝硬化疾病诊断中应用血清生化检验项目的可行性。方法选取我院2013年1月~2016年6收治的50例被证实为肝硬化的患者和50例健康体检者为研究对象,将其分别设置为观察组、对照组。所有受检者均接受生化检验,比较两组受检者的血清胆汁酸(TBA)、胆碱酯酶(CHE)、天门冬氨酸氨基转换酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总胆红素(TBil)、前白蛋白(PAB)、谷氨酸脱氢酶(GLDH)、亮氨酸氨基肽酶(LAP)、α-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)、腺苷脱氨酸(ADA)等生化检验指标。结果观察组的AST、ALP、TBA、TBil、GLDH、LAP、AFU、ADA等指标较对照组均明显更高(P<0.01),而观察组的PAB、CHE较对照组均明显更低(P<0.01)。结论在肝硬化的临床诊断中,对患者进行生化检验,可通过其生化检验指标与健康人之间的差异,对肝硬化作出诊断。Objective To study the application feasibility of serum biochemical tests of liver cirrhosis and the diagnosis of disease.Methods From January 2013 to June 2016,50 cases confirmed liver cirrhosis and 50 healthy subjects in the hospital were selected as the research object,they were set as the observation group and the control group.All subjects underwent biochemical tests,serum bile acid （TBA）,cholinesterase （CHE）,aspartate aminotransferase （AST）,alkaline phosphatase （ALP）,total bilirubin （TBil）,prealbumin （PAB）,glutamate dehydrogenase （GLDH）.Leucine aminopeptidase （LAP）, alpha fucosidase （AFU）,adenosine deaminase （ADA） and acid biochemical index were compared between two groups. Results AST,ALP,TBA,TBil,GLDH,LAP,AFU,ADA index in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.01）,and PAB,CHE in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of liver cirrhosis,patients are grven biochemical test,and the difference between the biochemical index and the health of people can make a diagnosis of the liver.
