摘　　要：通过对甘肃省小水电代燃料生态保护工程生态效益、社会影响、可持续性等定量、定性分析和评价,认为小水电代燃料生态保护工程在防治大气污染、改善城乡能源结构、替代化石能源消耗、减少温室气体和污染物排放、保护生态环境、提高农民群众生活水平等方面具有重要且积极的作用。Quantitative and qualitative assessments of small hydropower replacing wooden fuel project are conducted in terms of ecological benefit, social impact and sustainability. It is believed that this kind of project has played a critical role in air pollution control, improvement of urban and rural energy resources structure, replacement of fossil fuel utilization, reduction of green house emission and pollution discharge, eco-environment protection and enhancement of farmer＇s living standard.
