摘 要:笔者以堇青石为过滤陶瓷骨料,高岭土、钾长石、锂辉石为主要原料的低热膨胀体系为过滤陶瓷结合剂,以木炭粉为造孔剂,通过半干压成形工艺制备高温烟气过滤陶瓷。以所得试样的显气孔率和抗压强度为目标函数,以球磨时间、成形压力、烧成温度及保温时间的工艺参数为变量进行正交优化设计。结果表明,烧成保温时间对显气孔率和抗压强度影响最大;试样获得最大显气孔率和最大抗压强度的最佳方案为球磨时间0 min,成形压力6 MPa,烧成温度1 250℃,烧成时间30 min。Filtering ceramic for high temperature exhaust gas were prepared by semi dry pressing molding with cordierite as the base material, potash feldspar, spodumene, kaolin as bonding agents and charcoal as pore former in this study. The orthogonal optimization design was carried out by taking the compressive strength and apparent porosityof the sample as objective functions, taking the milling time, semi--dry pressing molding pressure, sintering temperature and sintering holding time asdesign variables. The results show that, optimal apparent porosity and compressive strength are obtained under the condition ofthe milling time for 0 minutes, semi--dry pressing molding pressure for 6 MPa, sintering tempera- ture of 1 250 ℃ and sintering holding time for 30 minutes.
