摘 要:在电动汽车Vehicle-to-Grid(V2G)的背景下,为探究电动汽车集群有功和无功的响应能力,在考虑用户参与度的情况下,提出了电动汽车集群响应能力评估模型。首先,在考虑单体电动汽车有功无功响应特性的基础上,提出了单体电动汽车V2G模型;接着,对电动汽车的交通行为特性进行分析,提出考虑用户出行时间和补偿价格的参与度模型;在此基础上,提出可评估电动汽车集群有功和无功响应能力的评估模型;最后,利用典型算例验证电动汽车集群的有功和无功响应能力,并分析用户参与度对电动汽车响应能力边界的影响。In order to evaluate the response capacity of electric vehicles (EVs) , a response capacity evaluation model for both active and reactive power of the EV aggregator is developed considering the participation of EV users. First- ly,based on the response characteristics of active and reactive power of the EV,a V2G model for a single EV is de- veloped. Then, by analyzing the travelling behaviors of EVs, a participation model of EV users is developed consider- ing the travelling time and compensation price. Then, a response capacity evaluation model of EV aggregator consider- ing both active power and reactive power is developed. At last,a test case is used to verify the proposed response ca- pacity evaluation model, and analyze the relationship between the participation and the boundaries of the response ca- pacity.
