医务人员对医师职业精神的认知现况与提升路径

摘　　要：目的探讨影响医务人员医师职业精神的因素,了解其对职业责任感的认知现状及变化特点,并提出相应的提升策略。方法编制适合医务人员的调查问卷,对医务人员的满意度及医师职业精神的认知现况进行抽样调查,并对调查数据运用统计软件SPSS19.0进行分析。结果调查显示医务人员对工作本身的满意度较高,但认为工作风险较大、医师的自身价值难以体现,职业精神培养缺乏。结论建议从体制改革、职业教育、医院文化、社会氛围、医患共同决策等方面共同促进医务人员医师职业精神的提升。Objective：To explore the influencing factors of physicians＇ professionalism,to understand the cognitive status and changes of professional responsibility and put forward the corresponding strategy.Methods：The satisfaction and cognitive status of physicians＇professionalism were investigated using the self-designed questionnaire that adapted to medical staff,and the data was analyzed using statistical software SPSS19.0.Results：It showed that the satisfaction with the job itself was quite high.But they thought that the work risk was high,their own value was difficult to realized,and the professionalism was lack of cultivation.Conclusions：It suggests to put forward measures and suggestions from the perspective of system reform,vocational education,hospital culture,social atmosphere,decision-making of doctors and patients together.
