摘　　要：目的探讨灵芝孢子粉在宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染治疗中的价值。方法采取HPV DNA第二代杂交捕获实验(HC-Ⅱ)与阴道镜及宫颈活组织病理检查相结合方法检测出HPV感染患者,将2014年3月~2015年3月的100例HPV感染患者随机平均分为4组,第一组为灵芝孢子粉组,服用粤微牌灵芝孢子粉3个月;第二组为干扰素组,用安达芬栓(重组人干扰素α2b栓)3个疗程;第三组为灵芝孢子粉+干扰素组,同时服用灵芝孢子粉和外用安达芬3个疗程;第四组为空白对照组,不采取任何治疗措施,3个月后观察HPV感染自然转归。随访3个月,3个月用药不中断,3个月后采用同样方法检测这些患者HPV感染情况,并对4组患者的治疗效果进行统计学分析。结果所有用药组在用药3个月后HPV的DNA拷贝量下降。灵芝孢子粉加干扰素组下降最明显,其次是单纯用灵芝孢子粉组。用药组在用药后3个月细胞病理学有改善倾向,炎症消退明显。其中也是灵芝孢子粉加干扰素组下降最明显,其次是单纯用灵芝孢子粉组。结论灵芝孢子粉对宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染具有治疗作用。Objective To explore the value of ganoderma lucidum spore powder in anti human papillomavirus infection. Methods The method of Hybrid capture-2（HC-1 ） combined with eolposeopy and cervical biopsy was used to detect the HPV infected patients. 100 patients with HPV infection from March 2014 to March 2015 were randomly divided into four groups. The first group was ganoderma lueidum spore powder group, and patients in the group were treated Aowei brand ganoderma lucidum spore powder for three months. The second group was interferon group, and patients in the group were treated with andafen bolt（recombinant human interferon alpha 2b suppository） for 3 courses of treatment. The third group was ganoderma lueidum spore powder ＋ interferon group, and patients in the group were treated with ganoderma lucidum spore powder and topical andafen bolt for 3 courses. The forth group was blank control group, and patients in the group did not take any treatment. 3 months later, the natural outcome of HPV infection was observed. Followed up for 3 months, no interruption of medication for 3 months, 3 months later, the same method was used to detect HPV infection in these patients, the treatment effect of 4 groups of patients were statistically analyzed. Results The DNA copies of HPV decreased in all the groups after 3 months. Ganoderma lueidum spore powder and interferon group decreased the most obvious, followed by the use of Ganoderma lucidum spore powder group. After 3 months of treatment, there was a tendency to improve the pathology of the medication group, and the inflammation subsided significantly. Among them, Ganoderma lucidum spore powder and interferon group decreased the most obvious, followed by the use of Canoderma lucidum spore powder group. Conclusion Ganoderma lueidum spore powder has therapeutic effect on human papillomavirus infection.
