摘　　要：目的研究与观察134例肠套叠患儿的诊治效果。方法选取2012年1月~2016年6月期间本院诊治的134肠套叠患儿为研究对象,将根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组(常规空气灌肠组)67例和观察组(不同注气压力空气灌肠组)67例,然后将两组中不同类型、年龄及发病时间者的复位成功率及复位时间、胃潴留消失时间、腹胀消失时间,治疗前后的血流动力学指标水平进行比较。结果观察组中不同类型、年龄及发病时间者的复位成功率均高于对照组,复位时间均短于对照组,治疗过程中及治疗后即刻的血压及心率均低于对照组,两组间均有统计学差异(P均<0.05)。结论不同注气压力空气灌肠可更为有效地治疗小儿肠套叠,在此类患儿中的应用价值较高。Objective To study and observe the diagnosis and treatment effect on 134 children with intussusception. Methods 134 children with intussusception in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2016 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into control group （ routine air enema group ） with 67 cases and observation group （ air enema with different gas-pressure group ） with 67 cases, according to the differences of treatment methods. Then the successful reduction rates, reduction time, disappearance time of gastric retention and abdominal distension of different types, ages and onset time, hemodynamies indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results The successful reduction rates of observation, group with different types, ages and onset time of intussusception were all higher than those of control group. The reduction tim, disappearance time of gastric retention and abdominal distension were all shorter than those of control group. The blood pressure and heart rate during the treatment and at once after the treatment were all lower than those of control group. The SS were higher than those of control group, the differences of two groups were all significant（all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The air enema with different gas-pressure can more effectively treat the intussusception of children, so its application value in these children is higher.
