摘　　要：目的探讨降钙素原、白介素-6(IL-6)水平在新生儿细菌感染早期诊断及判断预后中的作用。方法随机选择细菌感染急性期新生儿30例作为研究对象(设为研究组),同时选取健康新生儿30例作为健康对照组,分别检测研究组感染急性期、感染恢复期以及健康对照组新生儿血清中降钙素原、白介素-6水平,并进行统计学分析。结果研究组感染急性期血清降钙素原及白介素-6水平显著高于感染恢复期及健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组感染恢复期和健康对照组血清降钙素原及白介素-6水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新生儿细菌感染急性期,PCT和IL-6均显著增高,随着病情好转后两者的水平逐渐下降。PCT和IL-6可作为早期诊断新生儿感染的辅助方法,对早期发现新生儿感染性疾病及判断患儿预后有着重要意义。Objective To explore the effect of procalcit0nin, interleukin -6 level in the early diagnosis and prognosis of neonatal bacterial infection. Methods 30 cases of bacterial infection in newborn were randomly selected as study group, on the same time, 30 cases of healthy newborn were slected as healthy control group. Pr0caicitonin and interleukin -6 levels in serum of neonates of acute infection, infection recovery period and healthy control group were detected respectively, and statistical analysis was carried on. Results serum procalcitonin and interleukin -6 levels of acute infection of study group were significantly higher than those of infected recovery and the healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. There was no statistical difference on serum procalcitonin and interleukin -6 levels between infection recovery stage of study group and healthy control group （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion On acute phase of neonatal bacterial infection, PCT and IL-6 are significantly higher. With the improvement of the condition, the level of both declines gradually. PCT and IL-6 can be used as an assistant method for early diagnosis of neonatal infection. It has great significance for the early detection of neonatal infectious diseases and the prognosis of children.
