摘  要:目的:采用液相色谱-质谱联用法测定三子散中川楝素的含量。方法:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以乙腈-0.01%甲酸溶液(31∶69)为流动相;采用单级四极杆质谱检测器,电喷雾离子化(ESI)负离子模式下选择质荷比(m/z)573离子进行检测。结果:川楝素对照品在0.00997~0.14988μg范围之内与两个峰面积之和具有良好的线性关系(r=0.99999);平均加样回收率为99.8%,RSD为0.6%(n=6)。结论:该方法稳定、准确,可用于三子散的质量控制。Objective The content of toosendanin in Sanzi Powder was determined. Methods The HPLC - MS analysis was performed on a column with octadecylsilane - bonded silica gel as the packing material, eluted with aeetonitrile - 0.01% formic acid solution (31:69). Single -Stage Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry Detector was detected and in the mode of Eleetrospray ionization (ESI) Anion, the m/z was 573. Results There was a good linear relationship between 0. 00997 and 0. 14988μg in the injection volume of toosendanin (r =0. 99999), with the average recoveries were 99. 8% and the RSD was 0. 6% ( n = 6). Conclusion The method is stable and accurate, and can be used for quality control of Sanzi Powder.
