摘　　要：高岭土(kaolin)是一种具有良好吸附性、可塑性、易分散性等优良性能的天然非金属矿产,在轻工业、石油化工、陶瓷、化妆、建筑等领域应用广泛。近年来,高岭土作为一种强效的内源性促凝血物质在医学领域的应用受到关注。该文介绍了高岭土的结构组成、矿物学性质及其止血机制,包括吸水浓缩血液引发自然凝固和激活凝血因子Ⅻ,综述了目前国内外高岭土在止血应用领域的研究进展,并对其止血应用现状及前景进行了总结展望。Kaolin is a natural nonmetal mineral,which has many superior properties such as adsorption,good plasticity and easy dispersion.It has been widely used in light industry,petrochemical industry,ceramics,cosmetics,construction and other fields.In recent years,kaolin has been used extensively in the field of medicine as a powerful exogenous coagulation blood material.Here,we reviewed the structure,mineralogical properties and the hemostatic mechanisms of kaolin,including water absorption and blood coagulation factor Ⅻ activation.We also explained the current hemostatic application and developments of kaolin.
