摘  要:移动式采油平台(MOPU)是国外较为流行的边际油田开发工具。参考国外的成型MOPU作为母型,对该平台形式进行了结构设计,应用有限元方法,建立整体结构计算分析的有限元模型,针对渤海海况计算确定了组合工况下平台的环境荷载,对MOPU平台进行在位强度分析。计算结果显示,多种工况下的平台整体结构应力分布,最大应力出现在立柱与沉垫的连接处的横舱壁上,相对于钢质材料的极限承载力仍留有较大裕度。计算分析结果表明该平台可以应用于渤海边际油田的开发。Mobile Oil Production Platform (MOPU) is a popular marginal oilfield development tool. Based on MOPU struc- ture abroad, finite element method was used to establish a finite element model of the whole structural calculation and analysis. According to the ABS specification, environmental load of the platform was determined and the load combination was carried out to analyze strength of the MOPU platform. Stress distribution of the general structure under various working conditions was calculated and key nodes of the stress concentration of the platform were found. This work can provide tech- nical support for the MOPU platform structure application in the Bohai oilfield.
