摘　　要：目的了解社区居住老年人日常生活能力(ADL)情况,分析影响老年人ADL的因素。方法采用2013年"上海市老年长期照护需求调查"中上海市江宁街道的调查数据,以巴特尔日常生活能力指数评估研究对象的ADL情况,分析调查对象ADL分布情况及其相关因素。结果研究对象共8 389人,年龄为(72.13±9.17)岁。其中,15.6%存在ADL损害,失能者(ADL中度及以上依赖)为3.9%;3.9%需要照护者未得到充足的照护。年龄、居住模式、慢性病患病、健康状况和得到照护情况与失能相关。结论社区居住老年人中存在一定比例的失能老人,部分老人未得到充足照护,尤其在ADL依赖等级高的老年人中。随着年龄增加,失能的风险增加。预防慢性疾病发生,尤其是预防多种慢性疾病并存,改善全身健康状况将有助于预防老年失能的发生。Objective To understand the current situation of activities of daily living（ADL） and the correlation factors in the com- munity-dwelling elder. Methods The data was from the survey of Jiangning Road, which was conducted in 2013 by Shanghai Long-Term Care Needs Assessment Questionnaire （SLTCNAQ） o The Barthe] index of ADL was used to assess the ADL of participants, and Logistic re- gression analyses was conducted to examine the association between ADL and some impact factors. Results 8 389 individuals were involved, the mean age of them was （72.13_＋9.17） years. 15.6% was suffered from ADL impaired and 3.9% was disability of ADL. 3.9% partici- pants who need help in ADL had not receive enough care. Age,living arrangement, chronic disease, and healthy status were associated with the disability of ADL. Conclusions A number of community-dwelling elderly are disability of ADL, and some of them do not receive enough care, especially for elderly with severe dependence in ADL. The risk of disability in ADL is increased with age. Preventing the presence of chronic disease, especially of avoiding co-occurrence of multi-disease, as long as improving health status would help prevent the onset of disa- bility of ADL in the elderly.
