摘  要:目的:建立HPLC法测定醋酸曲安奈德益康唑乳膏中醋酸曲安奈德的有关物质的方法。方法:采用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(35∶65)为流动相A,以乙腈-水(65∶35)为流动相B,进行梯度洗脱;流速为1.0m L/min;检测波长为240nm,柱温为40℃。结果:曲安奈德溶液,在0.255~4.08μg/m L的浓度范围内峰面积与浓度之间呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为X=0.4307×C+0.002571,相关系数r=0.99998。平均回收率为99.5%。结论:本法操作简单,准确,可定量测定醋酸曲安奈德的有关物质。Objective:To establish an HPLC method to determine Triamcinolone acetonide's related substances in Triamcinolone acetonide and econazole Nitrate cream.Methods:ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)was used as the fixed phase and acetonitrile,purification water(35∶65)was used as flowing phase A,acetonitrile,purification water(65∶35) was used as flowing phase B,gradient elute. The flow rate was 1.0mL/min.The detection wavelength was 240 nm.Results:The regression equation of Triamcinolone acetonide was linear in the range of 0.255 -4.08μg/m L(X =0.4307 ×C +0.002571,r =0.99998).The average recovery was 99.5%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,and accurate and related substances of triamcinolone acetonide acetate can be determined quantitatively.
