摘 要:绒山羊是我国特有的生物品种,其绒毛产绒多,绒毛纤维长且细,净绒率高,遗传性能稳定,手感好,被美誉为"纤维宝石"和"软黄金"而闻名世界。随着绒山羊产业的高速发展,传统的繁殖技术已经难以跟不上绒山羊市场需求。采取人工授精技术可极大提高绒山羊生产性能,增加优秀个体所占比例,加速选育速度;有效利用具有最优遗传性状的公羊,快捷而有效的增加优秀种羊的推广面与覆盖度;减少种公羊管理饲养费用与死亡率;防止因交配而感染的疾病,提高母羊受胎与繁殖效率。本文从采精、精液品质检查、精液稀释与保存、输精等方面详细介绍了绒山羊人工授精的主要技术环节,以期望为提高绒山羊人工授精成功率提供参考。Cashmere goat is a unique biological species in China,which has many good quality such as large cashmere production,long and thin cashmere fiber,high net cashmere rate and stable genetic performance.Cashmere goat is famous for the"fiber gem"and"soft gold".With the rapid development of cashmere goat industry,the traditional breeding technology has been difficult to keep up with the market demand.Artificial insemination technology has many advantages including speeding up the breeding progress by improving the cashmere goat production performance and increasing outstanding individual proportion;making ues of genetic traits of rams to increase excellent sheep of the extension and coverage fastly and effectively;reducing the management feeding costs and mortality of rams;preventing mating and infection diseases and improving ewe conception and reproductive efficiency.This paper introduced the major technique of artificial insemination to improve the success ratio.
