摘  要:以二氧化钛为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成负载型硅钨酸(H_4SiW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2),以其为催化剂,柠檬酸和正丁醇为原料,合成柠檬酸三丁酯。通过实验确定了反应的适宜条件:柠檬酸与正丁醇物质的量比为1∶5,硅钨酸在二氧化钛上的负载量为40%,催化剂用量为柠檬酸质量的5%,带水剂甲苯,反应时间3 h,反应温度保持回流温度。在此条件下,柠檬酸三丁酯的收率可达95.8%,催化剂重复使用六次后转化率明显下降。采用红外光谱对合成产物进行了表征。Tri-butyl citrate was synthesized from citric acid and butanol, catalyzed by silicotungstic acid which was prepared by the method of sil-gelsyntheticism with titanium dioxide as carrier. The optimal reaction conditions were determined by the experiment. Molar ratio of citric acid and n-butyl alcohol was 1:5, the load of silicotungstic acid on the titanium dioxide was 40%, the loading of catalyst was 5% to citric acid and toluene was selected as water carrying agent, the yield of tributyl citric esters could reach 95.8%. Catalytic activity was dropped significantly after repeated using six times. The product was analyzed by means of IR spectroscopy.
