摘　　要：中国石化湛江东兴石油化工有限公司500万吨/年常减压车间,装置已进入第四生产周期后期。自2013年5月停开减压系统后,随着换热终温的大幅下降和燃料油消耗增加,常压炉炉管表面结垢情况逐渐加重,严重影响生产负荷,难以满足公司提出的保证产能和节能的需要。为了保证装置安全、平稳、正常的生产,在正常开工状态下使用清灰剂清除灰垢,使加热炉运行工况得到较大改善,提高装置处理能力,降低加热炉燃料消耗,为常减压蒸馏装置的安稳运行提供保障。The distillation unit of atmospheric and vacuum device which produces 5 million tons/year in Zhanjiang Dongxing Petrochemical Company of Sinopec limited has entered the last stage of the fourth production cycle. Since the decompression system was shut down in May 2013, the surface fouling of the furnace tube has gradually accumulated with the severe drop of the final temperature of heat exchange and the increase of the fuel oil consumption, which makes it difficult to meet the the company＇s capacity and energy-saving needs by affecting the production load seriously. In order to ensure safe, stable and normal production,the ash cleaner was used in the normal operating state to remove the ash fouling improving the furnace operating conditions greatly to enhance the device processing capacity and reduce the fuel consumption of heating furnace, which ensures the stable operation of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.
