摘 要:为研究太阳翼驱动机构的动态性能,利用有限元分析软件对太阳翼驱动机构进行了谐响应分析。首先进行了机构的有限元建模,然后根据特征级加速度扫频试验结果求得整机的模态阻尼比,随后利用模态法频率响应分析求得整机的最大应力值和最大加速值。输出结果与输入结果对比发现,应力安全强度系数和加速度放大倍率均满足结构设计要求,结构设计合理。太阳翼驱动机构谐响应仿真分析为太阳翼驱动机构地面鉴定级试验提供了一定的参考依据。In order to study the dynamic performance of the solar array driving mechanism, the harmonic response is analyzed by using the finite element analysis software. Firstly, the structural finite element model is built, and the modal damping ratio of the whole machine is obtained according to the characteristic level acceleration sweep test result. Then the maximum stress value and the maximum acceleration value of the whole machine are obtained by modal frequency response analysis. Compared with the input results, it is found that the stress safety strength coefficient and the acceleration magnification satisfy the structural design requirements and the structural design is reasonable. The simulation analysis of the harmonic response of the solar array driving mechanism provides some reference for the ground identification level test.
