摘  要:十字头变形超差严重影响到十字头与导板的寿命,增加了钻井成本。传统力学方法难以对十字头受力后的变形及内部应力进行精确求解。通过有限元分析的手段可降低计算难度,并能较快、较准确地得到十字头的强度及位移分析结果,进而对十字头进行优化设计,节约产品研发中的人力及材料成本。采取降低十字头销压紧力、取消销垫片等措施,方便了泥浆泵的维护,减少了停钻时间,为保障顺利钻井、降低钻井成本发挥了重要作用。The ultra deformation of crosshead seriously affects the life of the crosshead and slide, and increase the drilling cost. The traditional mechanical method is difficult to solve the deformation and internal stress of the crosshead. By means of finite element analysis, can reduce calculation difficulty,and get the result of stress and displacement of crosshead rapidly and accurately. Optimization design is carried out on the crosshead, saving the cost of manpower and material during the product research and development. By reducing the pinch force of the crosshead pin, canceling the washer,and so on, can maintain the mud pump conveniently and reduce the time of pausing drilling, which is important for ensuring the successfully drilling and reducing drilling costs.
