摘 要:针对大型直线振动筛的传统设计与计算方法,提出了基于三维建模软件Pro/E和有限元仿真分析软件ANSYS Workbench联合应用于大型直线振动筛的设计思路。通过三维软件强大的建模功能,能够形成虚拟样机,模型与有限元计算软件无缝链接,并进行有限元分析,对直线筛有限元模型可以进行静力学和动力学分析,并对分析结果进行后处理,从而确定设计是否需要更改。可供多种机械产品的设计工作中推广应用。It is put forward contrast the traditional design and calculation method of big liner vibrating screen. That is combining application of 3D modeling software Pro/E and finite element simulation software ANSYS Workbench to design the big liner vibrating screen. The virtual prototype can be designed using the 3D modeling software; the 3D model also can be transferred seamlessly to finite element calculation software, where the finite element calculations are carried out. Both the statics analysis and?dynamic analysis are applied on the liner vibrating screen F.E. model. The model design can be changed or not based on the finally analysis results from FEA software. And also the new method can be applied in the design of other mechanical products.
