摘  要:以哈萨克斯坦进口原油(哈油)与北疆原油的混合原油(质量比为9∶1)生产的直馏柴油为原料,在柴油精制催化剂和反应压力为6.5 MPa条件下,通过调节进料体积空速、反应温度以及氢油比,开展直馏柴油加氢生产国Ⅴ柴油的工艺条件评价试验研究。试验结果表明直馏柴油在反应压力恒定和所选择的柴油精制催化剂作用下,生产国Ⅴ柴油产品的硫质量分数控制在10μg/g以内时,影响国Ⅴ柴油产品硫含量的主要因素是进料体积空速和反应温度。通过实验确定了在反应压力为6.5 MPa和氢油比为200的条件下,进料体积空速在1.2~2.0 h^(-1)与反应温度在355~370℃的工艺条件下的对应关系,在硫质量分数10μg/g基线的右下半部分区域的工艺条件范围内均能生产出硫质量分数小于10μg/g的国Ⅴ柴油产品。The experiments were carried out to study the process conditions of producing diesel of Guo V standard from straight-run diesel with the straight-run diesel from imported Kazakhstan Crude as the feedstock with diesel hydrotreating catalyst at the conditions of 6.5 MPa reaction pressure and appropriated adjustments of hourly space velocity, reaction temperature and hydrogen to oil ratio. The results show that: the straight run diesel of Kazakhstan Crude can be processed to produce diesel of Guo V standard with sulfur lower than 10 ppm. The main factors affecting the sulfur content of diesel of Guo V standard are volumetric space velocity of feedstock and reactor temperature. The relations of process conditions of 6.5 MPa reaction pressure, 200 hy- drogen to oil ratio, 1.2 - 2.0 h-1 space velocity and 355 -370℃temperature are compared by the process optimization experiments. In the sulfur content of 10 ppm of baseline conditions and right of the lower half of the subregion. The diesel of Guo V standard with lower than 10 ppm sulfur can be produced under these process conditions.
