摘 要:目的利用显微傅里叶变换红外光谱法对常见激光打印机的32种黑色墨粉进行打印字迹成分分析和种类区分。方法直接用手术刀片刮取打印字迹的墨粉进行金刚石池压片法红外光谱分析。结果通过对红外谱图的分析处理可以将样本墨粉按主要成分分为两大类:苯丙树脂和聚酯树脂,根据谱图细节特征可以进一步分为5类,能够将大部分墨粉区分开。结论研究表明,通过红外法可以快速比对打印字迹墨粉,有助于分析是否有伪造文件的事实,对文件检验工作有重要参考价值。Objective To analyze the component and classification of 32 samples of black toners from common laser printers by Micro-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). Methods The laser printer toners were removed from paper using a scalpel and compressed by a diamond cell and then analyzed by FT-IR. Results Through the processing of infrared spectrum, the samples containing different resins were classified into two groups--poty (styrene: methyl methacrylate) and polyester resin, which can be further divided into 5 categories according to detailed characteristics, meeting the aim of distinguishing most of the toners. Conclusions It is demonstrated that the analysis of toner components by FT-IR is an effective method forthe comparison of black toner, can be applied to confirm forged documents and have important value for the document examination.
