摘　　要："双师型"师资队伍建设是地方普通本科高校应用型转型发展的根本保证,是培养高素质应用型人才的关键,也是地方高校转型过程中教师队伍建设的主要方向。社会服务既是高校自身持续发展、壮大的内在需要,也是提高我国高等教育整体服务水平、发展水平的基础,更是促进社会经济发展的客观要求。本文以湖南人文科技学院材料与环境工程学院为例,围绕地方本科高校"双师型"教师队伍建设这一问题,在现状分析的基础上,提出了一些实践策略。The construction and social service ability of double-qualified teachers team is the fundamental guarantee of local universities＇ transformation development, the key to train higher qualified students, and the main direction to build up the teachers team in the process of local universities＂ transformation. Social service is not only the universities＂ internal need to its own development and growth, but also the base to improve the our overall service and development level, and the objective requirement to promote the development of society and economy. In this paper, the material and environmental engineering college of Hunan University of ltumanities was as the case, and we aimed to the construction of double-qualified teachers team in local universities on the basis of current situation, proposed some practice strategies.
