摘　　要："中国制造2025"背景下,生产实习在化工专业人才培养中尤为重要。本文分析了化工生产实习教学环节的现状问题,针对性的提出了化工生产实习的改革思路,并进行了探索与实践。同时把流程模拟软件Aspen Plus应用于生产实习中,取得了令人满意的效果。Under the background of＂made in China 2025＂, production practice of chemical engineering＆ technology specialty was an important part of talents cultivation. The main problems and difficulties confronted in the teaching of production practice were analyzed. Several novel modes of production practice were proposed, and has carried on the exploration and practice. Furthermore, process simulation software aspen plus is applied in production practice, which have a satislhctory effective in practice.
