摘 要:目的:在重金属镉污染地区筛选出镉低吸收药用植物品种以及采用农艺措施对重金属镉吸收产生调控效应。方法:采用大田筛选试验及施用石灰和厩肥等农艺措施。结果:车前、夏枯草、薏苡、决明、白扁豆为镉低积累品种,施用石灰和厩肥能明显降低植物中镉的含量,厩肥能明显增加地上部分生物量,并且石灰与厩肥同时施用效果最佳。结论:在重金属镉污染的地区种植镉低吸收的药用植物品种代替水稻等镉高积累的粮食作物,同时施用石灰和厩肥,进一步降低植物中镉含量,生产出合格的中药材,可以在镉污染地区实现更好的经济效益和社会效益。Objective: To screen low cadmium absorption of medicinal plant varieties and agronomic measures regulatory effects of cadmium uptake in cadmium-contaminated areas. Methods: Daejeon screening test combined with liming,manure and other agronomic measures were adopted. Results: Plantago,prunella,coix,cassia,white beans was low cadmium accumulation species,liming and manure could reduce the cadmium content in plants significantly,manure could increase aboveground biomass,manure used with lime had the best effect. Conclusion: Plantation of low cadmium absorbtion medicinal plant species instead of high cadmium accumulation species such as rice and other food crops in cadmium-contaminated areas,with appliation of liming and manure at the same time,could reduce the cadmium content and get qualified Chinese herbal medicines,which will achieve better economic and social benefits.
