摘 要:目的:建立中麻黄的超高效液相色谱(UPLC)指纹图谱,为其质量控制提供科学依据,同时揭示不同产区化学成分之间的关系。方法:采用UPLC法建立中麻黄指纹图谱,利用内参比峰计算共有峰的相对峰面积。应用SPSS 19.0对不同产地中麻黄的化学成分进行系统聚类。结果:建立了中麻黄药材的UPLC指纹图谱,共标定了14个共有峰,化学成分的系统聚类结果显示,中麻黄化学成分西北产区聚为一类,山西产区聚为一类。结论:建立了稳定、可靠、重复性好的中麻黄指纹图谱,可用于其质量评价;不同产区中麻黄药材化学成分存在一定差异。Objective: To establish the UPLC fingerprint of Ephedra intermedia,and to provide scientific basis for the quality control,meanwhile,to reveal the chemical components relationship of Ephedra intermedia in different regions. Methods: UPLC method was used to establish the fingerprint of Ephedra intermedia,and the relative peak area of common peaks was calculated based on the reference peak. The application of SPSS 19. 0 clustered the chemical components of Ephedra intermedia. Results: The UPLC fingerprint of Ephedra intermedia was established,and 14 common peaks were calibrated. The results of chemical composition systematic cluster analysis showed that the northeast region gathered for a class and Shanxi producing areas gathered for another class. Conclusion: The UPLC fingerprint of Ephedra intermedia is stable,reliable and reproducible,which could be used for quality evaluation.
