摘　　要：目的：研究厚藤的化学成分。方法：采用柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,结合理化性质和波谱方法鉴定化合物结构。结果：从厚藤中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为：batataosideⅡ（1）、batatosideⅢ（2）、stoloniferinⅩ（3）、stoloniferinⅨ（4）、3-羟基-5,7,4＇-三甲氧基黄酮（5）、3,7-二羟基-5,4＇-二甲氧基黄酮（6）、3,7,4＇-三羟基-5-甲氧基黄酮（7）、胡萝卜苷（8）、β-谷甾醇（9）。结论：其中,化合物1～7为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents in Ipomoea pes-caprae. Methods： The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by chromatographic methods and their structures elucidated by physiochemical property and spectral data. Results： Nine compounds were obtained and identified as batataoside Ⅱ（ 1）,batatoside Ⅲ（ 2）,stoloniferin Ⅹ（ 3）,stoloniferin Ⅸ（ 4）,3-hydroxy-5,7,4＇-trimethoxy flavonoe（ 5）,3,7-dihydroxy-5,4＇-dimethoxy flavonoe（ 6）,3,7,4＇-trihydroxy-5-methoxy flavone（ 7）,daucosterol（ 8）and β-sitosterol（ 9）. Conclusion： Compounds 1 ～ 7 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
