摘  要:目的:建立一测多评法测定白屈菜中5种生物碱的含量。方法:以白屈菜为研究对象,建立黄连碱与白屈菜红碱、白屈菜碱、血根碱、小檗碱的相对校对因子,用相对校正因子计算各成分的含量,并将一测多评法计算的含量结果与外标法计算的含量结果进行比较。结果:5批白屈菜药材中5种生物碱成分含量的一测多评计算值与外标法实测值之间无显著差异。结论:一测多评法可用于测定白屈菜中5种生物碱成分的含量。Objective: To establish a method of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker( QAMS) for simultaneous determining five alkaloids in Chelidonium majus. Methods: Coptisine was used as the internal reference standard,the relative correction factors of chelerythrine,chelidonine,sanguinarine,berberine were calculated. The contents of remaining ingredients were calculated by using relative correction factors. At the same time,the external standard method was used to detect the contents of five alkaloids,the differences of the two methods were compared,and the accuracy and feasibility of QAMS were verified. Results: The results calculated with quantitative analysis of multi-components by QAMS were consistent with the results by the external standard method,and there were no significant differences between the quantitative results of the QAMS and external standard method. Conclusion: HPLC-QAMS can be used for the quality evaluation of Chelidonium majus.
