摘　　要：根据林一峰教授多年的临床经验和学术思想,本文总结治疗颈性眩晕的有效辨治思路和方法,认为颈性眩晕病机为本虚标实,与督阳阳虚和风痰上扰密切相关。温养督脉联合熄风化痰法组方遣药,疗效显著。According to Professor Yifeng Lin＇s many years of clinical experience and academic idea,this paper summarizes the effective ideas and methods on treating cervical vertigo. Deficient root and excessive superficial are the significant pathogenesis of cervical vertigo. It is closely related to the Governor Channel Yang deficiency and Wind phlegm disturbance. Warming Yang and invigorating the Governor Channel herbal medicine and ex- tinguish wind andresolve phlegm herbal medicine, has significantly therapeutic effect for cervical vertigo,when used in combination.
