解毒痤疮丸与维胺酯胶囊治疗肺胃湿热型痤疮的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨解毒痤疮丸与维胺脂胶囊治疗肺胃湿热型痤疮的临床效果。方法将本院2015年6月至2016年6月间收治的中医证型为肺胃湿热型痤疮患者114例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各57例,研究组患者给予维胺脂胶囊进行治疗,对照组患者给予解毒痤疮丸进行治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗前两组患者皮损积分比较差异不大,治疗后均有明显降低,其中研究组患者皮损消退率显著高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者临床总有效率为92.98%(53/57),对照组为84.21%(48/57),组间比较差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;研究组有10例患者出现口唇干、口唇开裂、皮肤干燥等轻微不良反应,停药后得到缓解,不良反应发生率为17.54%,对照组有3例患者出现轻度腹泻,2例胃部不适,但症状轻微,停药后缓解,总的不良反应发生率为8.77%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维胺脂胶囊治疗肺胃湿热型痤疮的近期临床效果显著,见效快。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jieducuochuangwan and Viaminate Capsules in the treatment of lung and stomach damp heat type acne. Methods Selected 114 cases of patients who proved to have lung and stomach heat type acne according to TCM syndrome type,they got therapy in our hospital during June 2015 and June 2016,as the research object,randomly divided them into study group and control group with57 cases in each group. The research group was treated with Viaminate capsule,while the control group was treated with Jieducuochuangwan,and clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Results Skin lesions of the two groups before treatment were similar to each other,and the skin lesions of the two groups significantly decreased after the treatment,and the decrease rate of skin lesions in the study group were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The total clinical effective rate in the study group was 92.98%（ 53 / 57）,and it was 84.21% in the control group（ 48 / 57）,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. There were 10 patients with dry lips,lips cracking,dry skin and other adverse reactions,but eased after drug discontinuation,incidence of adverse reaction was 17.54%. In the control group,3 patients had mild diarrhea,2 cases with stomach discomfort,but the symptoms was mild,incidence of adverse reaction was 8.77%,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions The recent effect of Viaminate capsule in the treatment of lung and stomach damp heat type acne is obvious and quick.
