摘 要:目的研究降钙素原(PCT)与CRP联合检测用于新生儿细菌感染诊断中的价值。方法在本院于2013年1月至2016年1月收治的新生儿感染病例中随机抽取出300例为研究对象,根据感染的类型分入到细菌感染组和非细菌感染组,对两组患儿进行降钙素原和CRP检测,对比分析两组患儿的降钙素原、CRP水平。结果细菌感染组患儿的PCT和CRP水平均高于非细菌感染组,P<0.05;且细菌感染组患儿的PCT阳性率95.71%和CRP阳性率86.43%明显高于非细菌感染组患儿的13.13%、18.75%,P<0.05。结论在新生儿细菌感染诊断中降钙素原与CRP的联合应用有助于减少漏诊、误诊病例,并且可通过检测PCT和CRP水平来监测病情变化,及时调整治疗方案,促进患儿康复。Objective To study the value of combined detection of procalcitonin and CRP in the diagnosis of neonatal bacterial infection.Methods 300 cases of neonatus suffering from infection and hospitalized in our hospital during January 2013 to January 2016 were randomly selected and taken out as the research object.According to the type of infection they were divided into the bacterial infection group and non bacterial infection group,PCT and CRP of the two groups were detected,and compared the level of procalcitonin and CRP of the two groups.Results The levels of PCT and CRP in the bacterial infection group were higher than those in the non bacterial infection group,P〈0.05. In addition,the positive predictive value of PCT and CRP in bacterial infection group were 86.43% and 95.71% which were higher than those of the bacterial infection group( 13.13% and 18.75% respectively),P〈0.05. Conclusions The application of procalcitonin and CRP combination detection help to reduce misdiagnosis cases in the diagnosis of neonatal bacterial infection,and the disease can be monitored by detecting the change of PCT and CRP levels,timely adjust the treatment programs to promote the rehabilitation of children.
