个性化护理联合奥瑞姆自理理论在肺癌患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨以奥瑞姆（Orem）自理理论为基础的个性化护理对肺癌患者临床干预的效果。方法选取2015年3月—2016年1月间于笔者所在医院治疗的肺癌患者94例，随机分为试验组和对照组，每组47例。两组患者均给予相同放、化疗治疗，对照组给予常规临床护理，试验组给予以Orem自理理论为基础的个性化护理，观察比较两组患者SAS、SDS、呼吸困难、疼痛、睡眠质量以及护理满意度。结果干预后，试验组患者SAS评分、SDS评分、呼吸困难、疼痛以及睡眠质量优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；干预后，试验组患者满意程度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论以Orem自理理论为基础的护理可有效减轻患者痛苦，提高患者满意程度，减少医患纠纷，具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To discuss the clinical effectiveness of personalized care combined with Orem self-care theory in patients with lung neoplasms. Methods Totally 94 cases of patients with lung cancer in our hospital from March 2015 to January 2016, were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 47 cases in each group. All patients were given the same radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment. Patients in the control group were also given routine clinical nursing, while patients in the experimental group received personalized care based on Orem self-care theory. The scores of self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS） , dyspnea, pain, sleep quality and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS, dyspnea, pain and sleep quality in the experimental group were better than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）; and the patient satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than the experimental group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Personalized care based on Orem self-care theory can effectively reduce the sufferings of patients, improve patient satisfaction and reduce medical disputes. It has great value in the clinical application.
