摘　　要：目的运用下颚支持法对早产儿实施安全有效的经口喂养，为新生儿重症监护病房（NICU）早产儿尽快实现从管饲到完全经口喂养提供借鉴。方法采用便利抽样的方法，将符合纳入标准的130例早产儿随机分为对照组、观察组，每组65例；对照组采用NICU常规早产儿喂养护理方法；观察组于喂养时给予下颚支持；观察两组早产儿经口喂养进程、经口喂养表现以及在不同喂养阶段的经口喂养表现。结果两组早产儿在首次喂养持续时间、平均摄入奶量和漏出量比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论常规给予生命体征稳定后的早产儿喂养时采用下颚支持训练，有助于改善早产儿口腔运动功能，提高早产儿经口喂养能力，缩短经口喂养进程，提高经口喂养表现。Objective To explore the effect of jaw supporting in oral feeding of premature infants in neonatal intensive care unit （NICU）, and to promote complete oral feeding as soon as possible. Methods A total of I30 premature infants were included and randomly divided into observation group （n= 65） and control group （ n = 65 ）. The control group received routine bottle feeding, and jaw supporting was performed in observation group. The oral feeding process, oral feeding performance and oral feeding performance in different feeding stages of two groups were evaluated. Results The first feeding duration, the average milk intake and leakage amount in the observation group were better than those in the control group. The differences between two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The intervention of jaw supporting in oral feeding of premature infants in neonatal intensive care unit can help to improve the oral motor function, enhance the oral feeding ability, shorten the oral feeding process, and improve the oral feeding performance.
