摘 要:护理绩效管理是护理管理的重要内容之一,有效的护理绩效管理可以起到良好的导向、协调、激励等功能。目前在医院体制改革和优化护理服务推行过程中,护理绩效管理的应用也越来越受到重视。本文阐明了有关绩效管理和护理绩效管理的相关概念,总结了国内的常用护理绩效管理方法.说明了护理绩效管理的临床意义,并指出国内护理绩效管理中的问题,最后提出改进护理绩效管理的建议,为完善和有效实施护理绩效管理提供参考,促进国内护理事业的长远发展。Nursing performance management is one of the significant elements in nursing administration. An effective nursing performance management would guide, coordinate, and inspire clinical nursing practice. Nursing performance management plays an important role in current hospital system reform and optimizing nursing care program. This paper clarified relative concepts about pefformanee management and nursing performance management, and summarized common nursing performance management applied in China. Moreover, the clinical value of performance management, and problems in it were also mentioned. To perfect nursing performance management system and accelerate the development of domestic nursing career, suggestions about how to improve nurse performance management were put forward in the end of this paper.
