摘　　要：传统观念认为，结直肠手术术前肠道准备对手术成功与否至关重要。但目前诸多临床研究在结直肠手术术前是否需要进行肠道准备，以及如何进行肠道准备等问题上出现争议。本文回顾直肠手术术前肠道准备方法，并介绍国内外相关研究结果，为今后结直肠手术围术期标准化的管理提供理论依据。There is a traditional concept that it is very important for preoperative bowel preparation before colorectal surgery. However, it is still controversial for many clinical studies on whether preoperative bowel preparation is needed for colorectal surgery or how to present bowel preparation. We presented a review of preoperative bowel preparation and introduced briefly correlated study, providing the theory basis of standardized of perioperative management of colorectal surgery in the future.
