针药结合改善卵巢血流动力治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究针刺联合补肾促排卵汤、HCG对于治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征(LUFS)的临床疗效。方法:76例LUFS患者随机分为2组。治疗组39例,予以针刺联合补肾促排卵汤、HCG治疗;对照组37例,予以补肾促排卵汤、HCG治疗。通过观察其妊娠率、复发率、卵巢动脉血流阻力,排卵日LH、E2及黄体期P的检测,对比2组治疗后的临床疗效。结果:治疗组在改善LH、E2及P的水平方面作用优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组在降低卵巢动脉血流RI及PI方面作用优于对照组,治疗组与对照组相比能获得较高的妊娠率及较低的复发率(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合补肾促排卵汤及HCG能有效治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合,其机制可能与改善患者内分泌水平,值得推广。Objective： By observing the efficacy of acupuncture combined with Nourishing Kidney Promoting Ovulation Decoction and human chorionic gonadotropin（ HCG） in treating luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome. Methods： 76 cases of patients with luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome were randomly divided in two groups： 39 cases in treatment group（ acupuncture combined with Nourishing Kidney Promoting Ovulation Decoction and HCG） and 37 cases in control group（ Nourishing Kidney Promoting Ovulation Decoction and HCG）. The luteinizing hormone（ LH） level,the Estradiol（ E2） level,the progesterone（ P）,RI and PI index of ovarian blood,ovulation percentage and gestation percentage were observed in order to compare the general effect between the two groups. Results： The treatment group had a better effect in improving the LH level,the E2 level,the P level,ovulation percentage and gestation percentage,and reducing the RI and PI index of ovarian blood than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with Nourishing Kidney Promoting Ovulation Decoction and HCG can treat patients with LUFS effectively. The mechanism may be related to improving endocrine in the patients.
