Research on the Chemical Constituents of Caulophyllum robustom Maxim

摘　　要：为研究红毛七根及其根茎的化学成分,采用常压硅胶柱色谱,葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20、反相高效液相制备色谱对其进行了分离纯化,并且通过1H NMR和13C NMR波谱技术进行了结构鉴定.最终从乙酸乙酯层中分离出7个化合物,鉴定为升麻素(1)、香兰素(2)、对羟基苯甲酸(3)、对羟基苯乙醇(4)、阿魏酸(5)、异阿魏酸(6)、obtucarbamate A(7)、其中化合物都1~7为首次分离得到.To study the chemical constituents of Caulophyllum robustom Maxim,the Et OAc extract of the roots and tubers of the plant were treated by repeated column chromatography with silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and ODS-HPLC. The results indicated that seven compounds were isolated from the extract. The structures were identified by1 H NMR and13 C NMR as cimifugin（1）,vanillin（2）,p-hydroxybenzoic acid（3）,Tyrosol（4）,ferulic acid（5）,isferulic acid（6）,obtucarbamate A（7）,It was the first time to isolate compounds 1 ～ 7 from Caulophyllum robustom Maxim.
