摘  要:某研发阶段的四缸柴油机在台架试验过程中,增压器与排气歧管结合面经常发生漏气现象。经分析主要原因为增压器垫片设计存在缺陷以及增压器垫片、增压器螺柱与螺母材料选择不合适,无法满足增压器与排气歧管在高温恶劣环境下的密封条件,最终导致密封失效而发生漏气。因此,对增压器垫片设计及垫片、螺柱与螺母材料进行改进,最终解决了增压器与排气歧管法兰结合面漏气问题。Gas is often found to leak out at the i nterface between the exhaust manifold and the turbocharger of a 4-cylinder diesel engine under development while being put through bench tests. A close analysis suggests that, besides design defects of the gasket, wrong materials for the gaskets, studs and nuts are also among main causes for the leakage, failing to meet the sealing requirements for the turbocharger and the exhaust manifold operating under harsh, high temperature working conditions. A proved solution to the trouble is to improve on structural designs and materials of the gaskets, studs and nuts.
