摘　　要：为满足航标信息全球化保障对航标管理和应用的需求,在划分三级区域的基础上,设计了全球范围内具有唯一标识性的航标编码体系,该编码体系能够较好地配合国内航海图使用,具有较强的扩展性和可读性,能够有效提高航标查询效率,降低航标管理难度。经在渤海和黄海北部地区试验,该编码体系设计方法可行,且结合本文设计的新的航标索引图,预期能够达到比现行《航标表》中编码体系更好的使用效果。With the globalization of light information guarantee being carried forward,it sets a higher demand on light management and application.For this reason,a new procedure of light coding is designed, which is based on the division of three - level geographic regions.This light code system has a unique identification on a global scale, a better fit with chart made in our country and a better extension and readability.Besides this, the code system can also raise light querying efficiency and reduce the difficulty of light management.For experiment, the code system is applied to the lights in the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea.The result shows that the code system is practicable and expected to have a better utilization than the current system when combining the new light index diagram designed in this paper.
